hey people what’s up hope you’re succeeding and today my unboxing is going to have to do with a debit card reader why am i doing this because typically i was taking payments over the phone and now my work has increased so i needed a i did some research study and after that i discovered that this company called sum up um it’s really great it’s extremely convenient and i ordered the and just wanted to reveal you that what is available in package ideally we’ll go through the unboxing we’ll un-package it and we’ll connect it to our phone and see how it works so with no delay let’s enter into the video and then let’s take a look at what is available in package and we go on and open it up fine it’s a really minimalistic style and here we go that is the it’s uh it’s got matte uh plastic on the bottom it’s got this uh charging port i’m guessing and after that that’s just a hole to put put a lanyard and it does provide you some serial numbers state some up over here on off switch and on the leading you have the place where you can place the credit card it’s got a flush keypad and it’s got a cross and backspace and a tick mark simply to represent all right so this is the item i think that it looks truly truly neat truly cool so let’s see what else comes in the box package design is pretty neat uh so first off we have the user guide some safety details decals the fascinating thing is that with the the charges are quite low and that is why they have actually got a huge client base now as like with paypal they do charge a little more so with uh i believe it’s 1.65 and if you send out someone a qr code i think so it’s two and a half percent they’re going to draw from the total payment but all of the cards are accepted like visa mastercard american express union pay and you can see google pay and apple pay too apart from that in the box there is a usb micro usb so next what we’ll do is we’ll proceed and we’ll link our phone and we’ll check out how it really works here i have my iphone so i’m first of all going to show you how to match it and how it in fact works so do you need to download the app on your phone so here i go i have the app and as quickly as i open the app um i have couple of alternatives all i require to do is click the more button so i’ll go ahead and i’ll turn it on so to turn it on you just have to press this button over here and as quickly as you turn it on it flashes couple of lights and after that it states on the leading and it gives you the battery indicator too after that it’ll just take a few seconds once it initializes then we can connect the phone so what we require to do is we require to enter into the payment techniques and over here we have card reader it says air tap to setup and you have cash payment too if you require to take money payment you click that button here and this bluetooth logo design will come up and it’ll say that your is you understand it’s it’s nearby you can connect so you simply hit link and i’ll say linking so that’s connected so it’s very very simple very intuitive nothing complicated and over here there is a sort of a connection or a bluetooth logo if i’ll just bring it near and you can see gon na be the first time it’s not gon na take place always uh it’s really easy and uncomplicated i’m thinking and after that you see it states um it’s five pounds payment you can either tab or you can place the card and that’s how it is so it’s giving you the wave logo design or you can insert it or and or you can tap it and the payment would be charged so the spinning circle is showing up over here it states to um please tap or insert card which’s it and this light over here is glowing uh so i’m guessing that as soon as when i touch the card it would just go you understand all these lights would uh light up so so as i don’t wish to do this payment so what i’ll do is i will um strike cancel so people this concludes my video for this sum up if you guys are a sole trader or if you’re doing a small business even you can constantly utilize this there is another 3g where you understand you don’t need a mobile phone to link it’s got a built-in sim card and i believe it’s a great alternative if you do not wish to fiddle with your phone too much and i saw that it’s an excellent option you can go onto the up site and check it out over there but for me personally i think that this uh this is a handy device you can put it in your pocket if you’re doing you understand if you’re a tradesman or if you are a small company even you can always keep this and then you understand individuals have
