hey people what’s up hope you’re doing well and today my unboxing is going to have to do with a debit card reader why am i doing this since typically i was taking payments over the phone and now my work has actually increased so i needed a i did some research and after that i discovered that this company called sum up um it’s really excellent it’s very helpful and i ordered the and simply wanted to show you that what is available in package hopefully we’ll go through the unboxing we’ll un-package it and we’ll connect it to our phone and see how it works so without any hold-up let’s enter the video and after that let’s check out what is available in the box and we proceed and open it up all right it’s a really minimalistic design and here we go that is the it’s uh it’s got matte uh plastic send out someone a qr code i believe so it’s two and a half percent they’re going to take from the total payment however all of the cards are accepted like visa mastercard american express union pay and you can see google pay and apple pay also apart from that in package there is a usb micro usb so next what we’ll do is we’ll go ahead and we’ll link our phone and we’ll take a look at how it really works here i have my iphone so i’m first of all going to show you how to pair it and how it actually works so do you need to download the app on your phone so here i go i have the app and as quickly as i open the app um i have couple of options all i need to do is click the more button so i’ll proceed and i’ll turn it on so to turn it on you just have to push this button over here and as quickly as you turn it on it flashes few lights and after that it states on the top and it provides you the battery indication also after that it’ll simply take a couple of seconds once it initializes then we can link the phone so what we require to do is we need to go into the payment techniques and over here we have card reader it states air tap to setup and you have money payment also if you require to take money payment you click that button here and this bluetooth logo will turn up and it’ll state that your is you know it’s it neighbors you can connect so you just struck link and i’ll state linking so that’s connected so it’s really very easy extremely intuitive nothing complex and over here there is a sort of a connection or a bluetooth logo design if i’ll simply bring it near and you can see that it’s showing that it’s linked once when you’ve done that all you need to do is push the done button and which’s it so uh even if you turn it off or turn it back on uh this will be linked so for argument’s sake if i were to charge uh say i do not understand uh one pound or maybe let’s opt for five pounds and i struck charge and it’ll say card reader over here it offers you 3 choice payment link and money uh let’s strike the and it says uh reader maintenance part one of 3 now the reason is due to the fact that there should be a software upgrade so that is why it is doing this this is simply gon na be the first time it’s not gon na happen constantly uh it’s really simple and straightforward i’m guessing and after that you see it states um it’s five pounds payment you can either tab or you can place the card and that’s how it is so it’s offering you the wave logo or you can insert it or and or you can tap it and the payment would be charged so the spinning circle is appearing over here it says to um please tap or insert card and that’s it and this light over here is glowing uh so i’m thinking that once when i touch the card it would just go you know all these lights would uh illuminate so so as i don’t wish to do this payment so what i’ll do is i will um strike cancel so men this concludes my video for this sum up if you people are a sole trader or if you’re doing a small business even you can always utilize this there is another 3g where you understand you do not require a smart phone to connect it’s got an integrated sim card and i believe it’s an excellent option if you do not wish to fiddle with your phone too much and i saw that it’s a very good option you can go onto the up site and check it out over there but for me personally i think that this uh this is a handy gadget you can put it in your pocket if you’re doing you understand if you’re a tradesman or if you are a small business even you can constantly keep this and then you know individuals have this confidence that they can just touch and which’s it so um you should not be having any concerns and uh that is it if you have any concerns simply leave it in the remark
