hey guys what’s up hope you’re doing well and today my unboxing is going to be about a debit card reader why am i doing this due to the fact that generally i was taking payments over the phone and now my work has actually increased so i required a i did some research study and then i learnt that this business called sum up um it’s actually excellent it’s extremely useful and i purchased the and just wished to reveal you that what can be found in the box hopefully we’ll go through the unboxing we’ll un-package it and we’ll link it to our phone and see how it works so without any hold-up let’s get into the video and after that let’s have a look at what comes in the box and we go ahead and open it up fine it’s a very minimalistic design and here we go that is the it’s uh it’s got matte uh the interesting thing is that with the the fees are quite low and that is why they’ve got a huge customer base now as like with paypal they do charge slightly more so with uh i think it’s 1.65 and if you send out somebody a qr code i think so it’s two and a half percent they’re going to take from the overall payment however all of the cards are accepted like visa mastercard american express union pay and you can see google pay and apple pay also apart from that in the box there is a usb micro usb so next what we’ll do is we’ll go ahead and we’ll connect our phone and we’ll have a look at how it in fact works here i have my iphone so i’m first of all going to show you how to combine it and how it actually works so do you need to download the app on your phone so here i go i have the app and as quickly as i open the app um i have couple of options all i need to do is click the more button so i’ll go on and i’ll turn it on so to turn it on you simply need to push this button over here and as quickly as you turn it on it flashes few lights and then it states on the top and it gives you the battery indicator too after that it’ll simply take a few seconds once it initializes then we can link the phone so what we require to do is we require to enter into the payment approaches and over here we have card reader it states air tap to setup and you have cash payment also if you require to take money payment you click that button here and this bluetooth logo design will show up and it’ll say that your is you know it’s it neighbors you can connect so you simply struck link and i’ll state connecting so that’s linked so it’s extremely very easy extremely user-friendly absolutely nothing complicated and over here there is a sort of a connection or a bluetooth logo if i’ll this this is simply gon na be the very first time it’s not gon na happen constantly uh it’s straightforward and very simple i’m thinking and then you see it states um it’s five pounds payment you can either tab or you can insert the card and that’s how it is so it’s offering you the wave logo or you can place it or and or you can tap it and the payment would be charged so the spinning circle is appearing over here it says to um please tap or insert card and that’s it and this light over here is glowing uh so i’m thinking that as soon as when i touch the card it would simply go you understand all these lights would uh light up so so as i don’t want to do this payment so what i’ll do is i will um hit cancel so men this finishes up my video for this sum up if you people are a sole trader or if you’re doing a small company even you can always utilize this there is another 3g where you understand you don’t require a cellphone to connect it’s got a built-in sim card and i think it’s a great alternative if you do not want to fiddle with your phone excessive and i saw that it’s a very good alternative you can go onto the up website and check it out over there but for me personally i think that this uh this is a helpful device you can put it in your pocket if you’re doing you know if you’re a tradesman or if you are a small business even you can always keep this and then you understand individuals have this self-confidence that they can just touch and which’s it so um you should not be having any concerns and uh that is it if you have any questions simply leave it in the comment
