hey men what’s up hope you’re succeeding and today my unboxing is going to be about a debit card reader why am i doing this since normally i was taking payments over the phone and now my work has actually increased so i required a i did some research study and then i learnt that this company called sum up um it’s truly excellent it’s really convenient and i purchased the and just wanted to show you that what can be found in package hopefully we’ll go through the unboxing we’ll un-package it and we’ll link it to our phone and see how it works so with no hold-up let’s enter the video and then let’s check out what is available in the box and we proceed and open it up alright it’s a really minimalistic style and here we go that is the it’s uh it’s got matte uh plastic on the bottom it’s got this uh charging port i’m guessing and after that that’s just a hole to put put a lanyard and it does provide you some identification numbers say some up over here on off switch and on the top you have the location where you can place the credit card it’s got a flush keypad and it’s got a cross and backspace and a tick mark simply to represent fine so this is the item i think that it looks actually truly cool actually cool so let’s see what else can be found in package package design is pretty cool uh so firstly we have the user guide some security details decals the interesting thing is that with the the costs are rather low which is why they have actually got a big customer base now as like with paypal they do charge somewhat more so with uh i think it’s 1.65 and if you send somebody a qr code i believe so it’s two and a half percent they’re going to take from the total payment however all of the cards are accepted like visa mastercard american reveal union pay and you can see google pay and apple pay as well apart from that in package there is a usb micro usb so next what we’ll do is we’ll go ahead and we’ll link our phone and we’ll check out how it actually works here i have my iphone so i’m first of all going to reveal you how to match it and how it in fact works so do you have to download the app on your phone so here i go i have the app and as soon as i open the app um i have number of options all i need to do is click the more button so i’ll go ahead and i’ll turn it on so to turn it on you simply have to press this button over here and as quickly as you turn it on it flashes few lights and then it states on the leading and it provides you the battery sign too after that it’ll just take a couple of seconds once it initializes then we can link the phone so what we require to do is we need to go into the payment methods and over here we have card reader it states air tap to setup and you have cash payment too if you require to take cash payment you click that button here and this bluetooth logo design will turn up and it’ll state that your is you understand it’s it neighbors you can link so you simply struck link and i’ll state linking so that’s linked so it’s extremely really simple extremely instinctive nothing complex and over here there is a sort of a connection or a bluetooth logo design if i’ll just bring it near and is just gon na be the first time it’s not gon na occur constantly uh it’s very simple and uncomplicated i’m thinking and after that you see it says um it’s five pounds payment you can either tab or you can place the card and that’s how it is so it’s providing you the wave logo design or you can place it or and or you can tap it and the payment would be charged so the spinning circle is appearing over here it says to um please tap or insert card and that’s it and this light over here is glowing uh so i’m thinking that as soon as when i touch the card it would simply go you understand all these lights would uh light up so so as i do not want to do this payment so what i’ll do is i will um hit cancel so men this finishes up my video for this sum up if you guys are a sole trader or if you’re doing a small business even you can constantly utilize this there is another 3g where you know you don’t require a smart phone to link it’s got a built-in sim card and i believe it’s an excellent alternative if you do not want to fiddle with your phone too much and i saw that it’s an excellent choice you can go onto the up website and check it out over there but for me personally i believe that this uh this is an useful gadget you can put it in your pocket if you’re doing you understand if you’re a tradesman or if you are a small business even you can constantly keep this and after that
