hey people what’s up hope you’re succeeding and today my unboxing is going to have to do with a debit card reader why am i doing this since usually i was taking payments over the phone and now my work has increased so i needed a i did some research and after that i discovered that this company called sum up um it’s actually good it’s extremely useful and i ordered the and just wanted to show you that what comes in the box hopefully we’ll go through the unboxing we’ll un-package it and we’ll link it to our phone and see how it works so with no delay let’s enter into the video and after that let’s have a look at what is available in the box and we proceed and open it up fine it’s a very minimalistic style and here we go that is the it’s uh it’s got matte uh plastic on the bottom it’s got this uh charging port i’m guessing and after that that’s just a hole to put put a lanyard and it does give you some serial numbers state some up over here on off switch and on the leading you have the place where you can place the credit card it’s got a flush keypad and it’s got a cross and backspace and a tick mark just to represent fine so this is the item i believe that it looks truly truly cool actually cool so let’s see what else can be found in package plan design is pretty neat uh so first of all we have the user guide some security info decals the interesting thing is that with the the fees are quite low which is why they have actually got a substantial customer base now as like with paypal they do charge a little more so with uh i think it’s 1.65 and if you send someone a qr code i believe so it’s 2 and a half percent they’re going to draw from the overall payment but all of the cards are accepted like visa mastercard american express union pay and you can see google pay and apple pay as well apart from that in the box there is a usb micro usb so next what we’ll do is we’ll go on and we’ll connect our phone and we’ll have a look at how it in fact works here i have my iphone so i’m first of all going to reveal you how to pair it and how it in fact works so do you have to download the app on your phone so here i go i have the app and as quickly as i open the app um i have number of choices all i need to do is click the more button so i’ll proceed and i’ll turn it on so to turn it on you simply need to press this button over here and as quickly as you turn it on it flashes few lights and then it states on the leading and it offers you the battery indication too after that it’ll simply take a few seconds once it initializes then we can link the phone so what we require to do is we need to enter into the payment approaches and over here we have card reader it says air tap to setup and you have cash payment as well if you require to take money payment you click that button here and this bluetooth logo will show up and it’ll state that your is you understand it’s it neighbors you can link so you simply hit link and i’ll state connecting so that’s connected so it’s extremely extremely basic really intuitive absolutely nothing complicated and over here there is a sort of a bluetooth or a connection logo if i’ll just bring it near and you can see either tab or you can place the card which’s how it is so it’s offering you the wave logo or you can place it or and or you can tap it and the payment would be charged so the spinning circle is appearing over here it says to um please tap or insert card and that’s it and this light over here is radiant uh so i’m guessing that as soon as when i touch the card it would just go you know all these lights would uh illuminate so so as i don’t want to do this payment so what i’ll do is i will um strike cancel so people this wraps up my video for this sum up if you guys are a sole trader or if you’re doing a small business even you can constantly utilize this there is another 3g where you understand you don’t require a smart phone to connect it’s got an integrated sim card and i believe it’s a great option if you do not wish to fiddle with your phone excessive and i saw that it’s a great option you can go onto the up website and check it out over there but for me personally i think that this uh this is a helpful gadget you can put it in your pocket if you’re doing you know if you’re a tradesman or if you are a small company even you can always keep this and after that you
