hey men what’s up hope you’re succeeding and today my unboxing is going to have to do with a debit card reader why am i doing this because normally i was taking payments over the phone and now my work has increased so i required a i did some research and after that i discovered that this business called sum up um it’s truly great it’s really convenient and i bought the and just wanted to reveal you that what comes in package hopefully we’ll go through the unboxing we’ll un-package it and we’ll link it to our phone and see how it works so without any hold-up let’s enter into the video and then let’s have a look at what can be found in package and we go on and open it up alright it’s an extremely minimalistic style and here we go that is the it’s uh it’s got matte uh plastic on the bottom it’s got this uh charging port i’m thinking and then that’s simply a hole to put put a lanyard and it does offer you some identification numbers say some up over here on off switch and on the top you have the location where you can insert the credit card it’s got a flush keypad and it’s got a cross and backspace and a tick mark simply to represent fine so this is the item i believe that it looks actually actually cool truly cool so let’s see what else comes in package package design is pretty neat uh so firstly we have the user guide some security details decals the interesting thing is that with the the costs are rather low which is why they’ve got a substantial customer base now as like with paypal they do charge somewhat more so with uh i believe it’s 1.65 and if you send out someone a qr code i believe so it’s 2 and a half percent they’re going to take from the overall payment however all of the cards are accepted like visa mastercard american reveal union pay and you can see google pay and apple pay as well apart from that in the box there is a usb micro usb so next what we’ll do is we’ll proceed and we’ll connect our phone and we’ll check out how it actually works here i have my iphone so i’m first of all going to reveal you how to combine it and how it in fact works so do you need to download the app on your phone so here i go i have the app and as quickly as i open the app um i have couple of alternatives all i need to do is click the more button so i’ll go ahead and i’ll turn it on so to turn it on you just need to press this button over here and as soon as you turn it on it flashes few lights and after that it says on the leading and it gives you the battery sign also after that it’ll just take a couple of seconds once it initializes then we can link the phone so what we require to do is we require to go into the payment approaches and over here we have card reader it says air tap to setup and you have money payment as well if you require to take cash payment you click that button here and this bluetooth logo will turn up and it’ll say that your is you know it’s it neighbors you can link so you simply struck link and i’ll say linking so that’s payment link and cash uh let’s hit the and it says uh reader maintenance part one of 3 now the reason is since there should be a software application update so that is why it is doing this this is simply gon na be the first time it’s not gon na occur always uh it’s extremely basic and straightforward i’m thinking and after that you see it says um it’s 5 pounds payment you can either tab or you can place the card which’s how it is so it’s giving you the wave logo or you can insert it or and or you can tap it and the payment would be charged so the spinning circle is showing up over here it says to um please tap or insert card which’s it and this light over here is radiant uh so i’m thinking that as soon as when i touch the card it would just go you understand all these lights would uh light up so so as i don’t wish to do this payment so what i’ll do is i will um strike cancel so men this concludes my video for this sum up if you people are a sole trader or if you’re doing a small company even you can always utilize this there is another 3g where you understand you do not require a mobile phone to connect it’s got a built-in sim card and i think it’s a very good option if you do not want to fiddle with your phone too much and i saw that it’s an excellent choice you can go onto the up website and check it out over there but for me personally i think that this uh this is a convenient device you can put it in your pocket if you’re doing you know if you’re a tradesperson or if you are a small business even you can constantly keep this and after that you understand people
