hey people what’s up hope you’re succeeding and today my unboxing is going to have to do with a debit card reader why am i doing this due to the fact that normally i was taking payments over the phone and now my work has actually increased so i needed a i did some research study and then i discovered that this business called sum up um it’s actually great it’s very helpful and i bought the and simply wished to show you that what comes in the box hopefully we’ll go through the unboxing we’ll un-package it and we’ll link it to our phone and see how it works so with no delay let’s get into the video and after that let’s take a look at what is available in the box and we go on and open it up alright it’s a really minimalistic style and here we go that is the it’s uh it’s got matte uh plastic interesting thing is that with the the fees are quite low which is why they’ve got a huge customer base now as like with paypal they do charge a little more so with uh i think it’s 1.65 and if you send out somebody a qr code i believe so it’s 2 and a half percent they’re going to take from the overall payment but all of the cards are accepted like visa mastercard american reveal union pay and you can see google pay and apple pay as well apart from that in the box there is a usb micro usb so next what we’ll do is we’ll proceed and we’ll link our phone and we’ll check out how it actually works here i have my iphone so i’m first of all going to reveal you how to pair it and how it actually works so do you need to download the app on your phone so here i go i have the app and as soon as i open the app um i have couple of alternatives all i require to do is click the more button so i’ll go on and i’ll turn it on so to turn it on you just have to press this button over here and as soon as you turn it on it flashes couple of lights and after that it states on the top and it provides you the battery indicator also after that it’ll just take a few seconds once it initializes then we can link the phone so what we need to do is we need to enter into the payment approaches and over here we have card reader it states air tap to setup and you have money payment also if you require to take cash payment you click that button here and this bluetooth logo will turn up and it’ll state that your is you understand it’s it neighbors you can link so you simply struck link and i’ll say linking so that’s linked so it’s very really simple really user-friendly nothing complex and over here there is a sort of a bluetooth or a connection logo design if i’ll just bring it near and you can see that it’s showing that it’s connected once when you have actually done that all you have to do is push the done button and and that’s it so uh even if you turn it off or turn it back on uh this will be connected so for argument’s sake if i were to charge uh say i don’t understand uh one pound or possibly let’s opt for five pounds and i hit charge and it’ll say card reader over here it offers you three alternative payment link and money uh let’s hit the and it states uh reader upkeep part among 3 now the reason is due to the fact that there must be a software application upgrade so that is why it is doing this this is just gon na be the very first time it’s not gon na take place constantly uh it’s straightforward and extremely easy i’m thinking and then you see it says um it’s five pounds payment you can either tab or you can place the card which’s how it is so it’s giving you the wave logo design or you can insert it or and or you can tap it and the payment would be charged so the spinning circle is appearing over here it says to um please tap or insert card which’s it and this light over here is glowing uh so i’m thinking that once when i touch the card it would just go you understand all these lights would uh illuminate so so as i do not wish to do this payment so what i’ll do is i will um hit cancel so men this wraps up my video for this sum up if you guys are a sole trader or if you’re doing a small company even you can always utilize this there is another 3g where you understand you don’t need a smart phone to connect it’s got an integrated sim card and i believe it’s an excellent option if you do not want to fiddle with your phone excessive and i saw that it’s a great option you can go onto the up website and check it out over there but for me personally i think that this uh this is a handy device you can put it in your pocket if you’re doing you understand if you’re a tradesman or if you are a small company even you can constantly keep this and then you understand individuals have this self-confidence that they can simply touch and which’s it so um you shouldn’t be having any concerns and uh that is it if you have any questions just
