hey guys what’s up hope you’re doing well and today my unboxing is going to be about a debit card reader why am i doing this because normally i was taking payments over the phone and now my work has actually increased so i required a i did some research study and then i found out that this business called sum up um it’s actually great it’s extremely convenient and i purchased the and just wished to show you that what comes in the box hopefully we’ll go through the unboxing we’ll un-package it and we’ll connect it to our phone and see how it works so without any hold-up let’s enter the video and after that let’s check out what can be found in package and we go ahead and open it up okay it’s a really minimalistic design and here we go that is the it’s uh it’s got matte uh plastic on the bottom it’s got this uh charging port i’m guessing and after that that’s just a hole to put put a lanyard and it does offer you some serial numbers say some up over here on off switch and on the leading you have the place where you can insert the charge card it’s got a flush keypad and it’s got a cross and backspace and a tick mark simply to represent all right so this is the item i believe intriguing thing is that with the the costs are quite low and that is why they’ve got a huge customer base now as like with paypal they do charge slightly more so with uh i think it’s 1.65 and if you can see google pay and apple pay as well apart from that in package there is a usb micro usb so next what we’ll do is we’ll proceed and we’ll connect our phone and we’ll take a look at how it actually works here i have my iphone so i’m first of all going to reveal you how to pair it and how it actually works so do you need to download the app on your phone so here i go i have the app and as quickly as i open the app um i have couple of choices all i need to do is click the more button so i’ll go on and i’ll turn it on so to turn it on you simply have to push this button over here and as soon as you turn it on it flashes couple of lights and after that it states on the top and it offers you the battery indication also after that it’ll just take a couple of seconds once it initializes then we can link the phone so what we require to do is we need to go into the payment approaches and over here we have card reader it states air tap to setup and you have cash payment also if you require to take money payment you click that button here and this bluetooth logo will turn up and it’ll state that your is you understand it’s it neighbors you can link so you simply struck link and i’ll say connecting so that’s connected so it’s really very easy really user-friendly nothing complicated and over here there is a sort of a connection or a bluetooth logo design if i’ll just bring it near and you can see that it’s revealing that it’s linked once when you’ve done that all you have to do is push the done button and and that’s it so uh even if you turn it off or turn it back on uh this will place the card which’s how it is so it’s providing you the wave logo design or you can insert it or and or you can tap it and the payment would be charged so the spinning circle is appearing over here it says to um please tap or insert card and that’s it and this light over here is radiant uh so i’m guessing that as soon as when i touch the card it would just go you know all these lights would uh light up so so as i do not want to do this payment so what i’ll do is i will um strike cancel so guys this wraps up my video for this sum up if you guys are a sole trader or if you’re doing a small company even you can always utilize this there is another 3g where you know you don’t require a smart phone to link it’s got a built-in sim card and i think it’s a great alternative if you do not want to fiddle with your phone excessive and i saw that it’s a great choice you can go onto the up website and check it out over there but for me personally i believe that this uh this is an useful gadget you can put it in your pocket if you’re doing you know if you’re a tradesperson or if you are a small business even you can always keep this and then you know individuals have this confidence that
