hey people what’s up hope you’re succeeding and today my unboxing is going to have to do with a  debit card reader why am i doing this due to the fact that normally i was taking payments over the phone and now my work has increased so i needed a  i did some research and then i learnt that this  business called sum up um it’s truly great it’s extremely useful and i ordered the and simply wanted to show you that what comes in the box ideally we’ll go through the unboxing we’ll un-package it and we’ll connect it to our phone and see how it works so without any delay let’s get into the video and then let’s check out what comes in package and we go on and open it up alright it’s a very minimalistic design and here we go that is the  it’s uh it’s got matte uh plastic on the bottom it’s got this uh charging port i’m thinking and after that that’s just a hole to put put a lanyard and it does provide you some identification numbers state some up over here on off switch and on the leading you have the location where you can place the credit card it’s got a flush keypad and it’s got a cross and backspace and a tick mark simply to represent fine so this is the product i think that it looks actually truly cool truly cool so let’s see what else comes in the box plan design is pretty cool uh so first off we have the user guide some safety info decals the interesting thing is that with the  the costs are rather low and that is why they have actually got a huge client base now as like with paypal they do charge somewhat more so with uh  i think it’s 1.65 and if you send out someone a qr code i believe so it’s two and a half percent they’re going to take from the overall payment but all of the cards are accepted like visa mastercard american express union pay and you can see google pay and apple pay also apart from that in the box there is a usb micro usb so next what we’ll do is we’ll proceed and we’ll connect our phone and we’ll have a look at how it actually works here i have my iphone so i’m first of all going to reveal you how to combine it and how it actually works so do you need to download the app on your phone so here i go i have the  app and as quickly as i open the  app um i have number of choices all i require to do is click the more button so i’ll go on and i’ll turn it on so to turn it on you simply have to press this button over here and as quickly as you turn it on it flashes couple of lights and after that it states on the top and it gives you the battery sign as well after that it’ll simply take a couple of seconds once it initializes then we can connect the phone so what we require to do is we need to enter into the payment methods and over here we have card reader it says air tap to setup and you have cash payment too if you require to take cash payment you click that button here and this bluetooth logo design will turn up and it’ll say that your  is you know it’s it’s nearby you can connect so you just struck connect and i’ll say connecting so that’s connected so it’s extremely very basic extremely intuitive absolutely nothing complex and over here there is a sort of a connection or a bluetooth logo if i’ll just bring it near and you can see that it’s showing that it’s linked once when you have actually done that all you need to do is push the done button and and that’s it so uh even if you turn it off or turn it back on uh this  will be connected so for argument’s sake if i were to charge uh say i don’t understand uh one pound or maybe let’s opt for five pounds and i struck charge and it’ll say card reader over here it offers you three option payment link and cash uh let’s strike the and it says uh reader maintenance part among three now the factor is because there must be a software application update so that is why it is doing this this is just gon na be the first time it’s not gon na happen always uh it’s simple and extremely easy i’m thinking and after that you see it states um it’s five pounds payment you can either tab or you can place the card and that’s how it is so it’s providing you the wave logo design or you can insert it or and or you can tap it and the payment would be charged so the spinning circle is appearing over here it states to um please tap or insert card and that’s it and this light over here is glowing uh so i’m thinking that once when i touch the card it would just go you understand all these lights would uh light up so so as i don’t want to do this payment so what i’ll do is i will um hit cancel so men this finishes up my video for this sum up  if you people are a sole trader or if you’re doing a small business even you can always use this there is another 3g where you understand you don’t require a cellphone to link it’s got a built-in sim card and i believe it’s an excellent choice if you do not wish to fiddle with your phone excessive and i saw that it’s an excellent alternative you can go onto the  up site and check it out over there but for me personally i believe that this uh this is a helpful gadget you can put it in your pocket if you’re doing you understand if you’re a tradesman or if you are a small business even you can constantly
